Join the UTEP English Department for a free event at the El Paso Museum of History with Dr. Sandra McGee Deutsch. Dr. Deutsch will discuss her book, "Gendering Antifascism: Women’s Activism in Argentina and the World, 1918-1947" which describes Argentine women's resistance to extreme rightists, tyranny, and militarism through sewing and knitting during World War II.
